Ashaela Bowen

Ashaela is a ATL tech enthusiast and commercial real estate advisor who has partnered with the city’s most notable real estate brokerage and industry leaders to advise growing businesses in leasing property across the state of Georgia.

A previous career in tech gave Ashaela a keen understanding of the entire office space needs for tech centered companies. As a commercial REALTOR specializing in office space leasing, she gained an innate sense of corporate tenant preferences and needs. Both experiences inform and augment her work in commercial real estate advising.

She prepares data-centered market analysis, pitches, branding media to showcase clients and she is heavily involved in all her projects from start throughout the growth of the businesses. As a Georgia native, Ashaela has local area knowledge not typically available online to properly advise her clients on neighborhood specific inquiries.

Ashaela studied Information Technology at Clayton State University, where she gained an understanding of technology along with her five year career as an engineer. She currently resides in Atlanta, GA and loves exploring opportunities the various neighborhoods offer. She is into fitness, networking and spending time with loved ones. She’s a lover of photography, tech and investing.
